What a powerful statement. Choose your hard
Today I was reminded that NOBODY has the PERFECT diet. It is okay to lose yourself in unhealthy foods. It is NOT okay to forget to cleanse and treat your body with respect. So eat your pizza and fries but do not forget your veggies and fruits. If you get off track, just hop back on the healthy train. 🙂
You might not be the strongest. You might not be the fastest. I KNOW you are trying your hardest. Keep up the hard work and dedication! 🙂
Getting up and going to the gym is difficult, I know. Don’t let “I’m tired” and “I don’t have time” be your excuse. Be strong and say “Even though I had a full day at work, a 30 minute workout is 1.6% of my day.” Get up and get moving everyone!
Your challenge this week: push through the pain until you are DONE with your workout. Pain is part of the process. Do NOT give up.
