Workout of the Week: Run & Intervals

Run & Intervals

Enjoy running but not for long distances? Looking for something else to do during your run? I GOT YOU!! 🙂

1. Run 1/2 mile

2. Do 4 power or core moves

3. Run another 1/2 mile

4. Do 4 more power or core moves

5. Repeat until you are finished

My intervals:

1. Plank –> down dog –> tricep push up –> up dog, high knees twists, straight leg bicycle crunch, & tuck jumps

2. Burpees, alternating jump lunges, plank shoulder taps, and alternating curtsey lunges
