Workout of the Week: Turbo Kick

YAY! My absolute favorite high intensity workout! This workout is explosive, combines cardio and kickboxing at a whole new level, and is extremely fun!

Makes me beyond excited to be a BeachBody PiYo instructor now focusing on Turbo Kick and Insanity certifications 🙂
