1 lb small cucumbers
2 tbsp grape seed oil or sunflower oil
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp salt
5-8 cloves of garlic
Cut cucumbers length-wise into 8 slices. Mince garlic and dill. Place cucumbers in the bowl. Add minced garlic, oil, salt, vinegar and dill. Mix together. Leave in the fridge for 30 min. It will last up to a week in the fridge.
