Treat of the Week: Breakfast Popsicles

YUM YUM IN MY TUM TUM.

Ingredients:

Yogurt (non-fat vanilla 🙂 )

Fruit (sliced thin)

Directions:

Add yogurt to the mold. Slide fruit down the sides of the yogurt. Fill to capacity of the molding. Freeze. That easy 🙂
